Ms. Perez joined Nevada Trust Company in 2025 and is a Trust Administrative Assistant. In this role, she is responsible in the trust review process, client reporting, along with assisting senior leadership in their day-to-day responsibilities. Ms. Perez has nearly 10 years of experience in retirement services, management roles, and customer service. Ms. Hsu is Founder and Principal of Laurea LLC, a consulting firm that provides strategy, fundraising, and investor relations advisory services to private equity real estate firms. She is a results-oriented investment professional with 25 years of experience in advisory consulting, investment research, and client management. Prior to founding Laurea LLC in 2016, Ms. Hsu was Vice President and Head of Client Service Analytics at Los Angeles-based CIM Group responsible for investor relations across investment platforms. Prior to joining CIM Group, she was Director of Real Estate research at alternatives consulting firm Cliffwater LLC and led due diligence and research of private equity real estate offerings. Previously, she was a Director within BlackRock’s Financial Institutions Group, an Associate Director at MetLife’s Investments Department, and she began her career in the Pension Consulting Division at Wilshire Associates.
Ms. Hsu received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from University of California, Los Angeles, Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and holds the Women in Leadership certificate from Cornell University. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Nevada Trust Company, and the Advisory Boards of Hillcrest Finance LLC and Catalyst Capital Holdings LLC.
Mr. Treacy is Chief Executive Officer of FullerTreacyMoney, a global investment strategy service focused on institutions. He provides consultancy services to institutional investors including sovereign wealth funds and a wide range of family offices. He is the author of Crowd Money, A Practical Guide to Macro Behavioural Technical Analysis, a bestseller in the U.K. that has also been translated into Mandarin for the Chinese market. Additionally, Mr. Treacy is Co-Fund Manager for U.K.-based FP WM Global Corporate Autonomies Fund, the strategy of which is based upon the investment tenets described in Crowd Money.

He has also been the Chief Analyst at Rogue Economics, a policy and research institute. Widely regarded for his encyclopedic knowledge of asset classes, sectors and thematic investing, Mr. Treacy has appeared on CNBC, CNN, Bloomberg TV, NDTV Profit, and Reuters India. He has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal and the BBC. Mr. Treacy received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland. He was awarded an Extraordinary Ability green card in 2015 based on the merits of his investment record.
Mr. Thorson has a consulting practice, David Thorson Consulting, which focuses on providing executive management services to small and medium-sized companies. Previously he was Director of Operations for the West Region at the United Service Organizations (USO) overseeing military support services in 9 western states assisting over 1 million service members and their families. Previously he managed the Nevada operations for the USO as Center Director where he was responsible for operations and fundraising activities. Prior to joining the USO in 2017, Mr. Thorson was a Vice President with Nevada Trust Company responsible for financial and business development efforts. He also held management and executive roles at Ford Motor Company and Hewlett-Packard, respectively, as well as executive positions with three technology start-up companies in operations, finance, marketing and sales. He has lived or worked in 7 different countries throughout his career.
Mr. Thorson received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Arizona, Master of International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, and Master of Business Administration degree from Escuela Superior de Administración y Dirección de Empresas (ESADE) in Spain. He has served as President of the Las Vegas Rotary Club, Assistant District Governor for Rotary District 5300, and Trustee of the Verde Valley School in Sedona, AZ.
Mrs. Ford-Grella joined Nevada Trust Company in 2018 and is a Business Development and Trust Officer. In this capacity, she is responsible for the day-to-day administration of trust accounts, client reporting, and relationship management by serving as the primary liaison with NTC clients. Additionally, she collaborates with the firm’s senior leadership on new business development efforts. Mrs. Ford-Grella has nearly 25-years of experience in operations, wealth management, trust and retirement services. Prior to joining NTC, she held various roles including as Director of Operations, IRA Specialist, and Director of Client Services with wealth management and benefit services organizations.
Mr. Kingman joined Nevada Trust Company in 2004. He is primarily responsible for the day-to-day relationship management of the firm’s retirement accounts and ensures client inquiries, requests, and communications are addressed timely and accurately. Mr. Kingman also collaborates with other team members to support NTC’s marketing and new business development efforts. He maintains existing and develops new relationships with local financial institutions, prospective clients, and industry partners. Prior to his current role, Mr. Kingman held various positions with the firm and has been integral in improving process efficiencies and the administration of trust operations.

Mr. Kriss joined Nevada Trust Company in 2004 and is a Vice President responsible for the management and administration of trust accounts including investment research and selection, execution of trades, cash flow management, client reporting, and compliance. He is a member of the Firm’s Trust Investment Committee and Trust Administrative Committee, and also serves as Secretary of NTC and its parent company Trustar Corporation. Mr. Kriss has nearly 30-years of experience in trust and banking and prior to joining NTC was a Trust Administrator at Wells Fargo. During his seven-year tenure, he managed the day-to-day activities of over 500 trust accounts across various Western U.S. states. Mr. Kriss began his career with First Interstate Bank initially as a Teller and subsequently promoted to Assistant Manager with oversight of a team of tellers and conducted training, reporting, and audits.
Mr. Kriss received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and holds the Certified Trust Financial Analyst (CTFA) designation from the American Bankers Association. He supports conservancy organizations including serving as trustee of the Desert Wetlands Conservancy.
Mr. Mazon joined Nevada Trust Company in 2017 and is Executive Vice President and Treasurer. In this capacity, he leads NTC’s asset protection and estate planning business including financial analysis, investment management, budgeting, cash, and treasury functions. He also spearheads the firm’s business development initiatives and creates positive experiences for existing and prospective clients by proactively engaging in thoughtful discussions related to goals and objectives. Mr. Mazon has 35 years of extensive investment and portfolio management experience. Prior to joining NTC, he was Founder and Managing Partner of Conexus Partners, a private equity firm focused on investments in agricultural, ranch, and timberland. Prior to Conexus, he held leadership roles during his 20-year tenure with MetLife including Head of Institutional Solutions Group, Head of Investment Grade Trading and Portfolio Manager for the U.S. investment grade portfolio, and Senior Portfolio Manager and Strategist of Portfolio Management responsible for asset allocation, and capital management of more than $300 billion in assets. He began his career with global-insurer CIGNA as a Trader and Portfolio Manager.
Mr. Mazon received his Bachelor of Arts degrees in Finance and Marketing from Central Connecticut State University and his Master of Business Administration in Investment Finance from the University of Hartford. He supports outdoor conservation organizations including serving as Board member, Finance & Risk Committee member, Development Committee member and Investment Chairman of Ducks Unlimited Canada. Mr. Mazon also serves on the Finance Committee, Enterprise Risk Committee, Development Committee, Corporate Relations Committee and Investment Co-Chairman of Ducks Unlimited Inc. He is also a member of the Camp Fire Conservation Fund’s Investment Committee as well as Trustee for the Desert Wetands Conservancy. Mr. Mazon is also the volunteer Chairman of the United Service Organizations (USO) Local Advisory Council supporting active-duty service members and military families in Nevada, Utah and Arizona.
Mr. Kingman founded Nevada Trust Company in 1995 and serves as President and Chief Investment Officer. He is also Chairman and President of the Board of Directors. Mr. Kingman has extensive experience in investment management, trust, corporate finance, and banking. Prior to forming NTC, he was with Northern Trust Company and his 20-year tenure included management and executive roles within the firm’s Chicago, New York, and London offices. Mr. Kingman has ultimate oversight of research, product offerings, operations, and client relationships. Under his leadership, Nevada Trust Company has strategically grown since inception and is recognized as a leading provider of asset protection trusts, self-directed retirement services, and wealth management solutions to U.S. and international clients.
Mr. Kingman received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from University of Colorado, Bachelor of International Management degree from Thunderbird School of Global Management, and Master of Management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
